Windows 8.1 Update Fail

Windows 8.1 not updating. Here is your fix
1) Download the above File.
2) Unzip the file.
3) Disconnect the internet.
4) Install the two files. 1st FIRST then 2nd SECOND
5) Restart computer then perform Windows Update as normal.
Notes: If your your computer has not been receiving updates, then it might take a little-long while
for Windows to search and retrieve ALL updates that are needed.
